Yes! Every item is custom-made when you place an order, ensuring freshness and reducing waste for a sustainable touch.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes:

USA: 3–5 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days (3–12 business days with DDP shipping)

United Kingdom: 4–8 business days (3–7 business days with DDP shipping)

Europe (other regions): 5–20 business days

3. Do you offer returns or refunds?
We accept returns for items with manufacturing defects or damage. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
